What happens if all tickets do not sell? Our draws are guaranteed on the date/ time shown on the competition page. We do not extend draws so if the tickets do not fully sell out this means better odds for everyone! If tickets sell out sooner than the end date/ time then the draw will be brought forward to within 48 hours of closure.

When do I get my number? Your ticket number(s) will be provided in your ‘My Account’ dashboard following a successful order. You will also receive an email confirmation containing your ticket number(s). For postal entries, you will receive your ticket number(s) in both your ‘My Account’ dashboard and email confirmation in the same way as all paid entries. Note: Please ensure you have answered the question correctly, as incorrect answers will still be charged and allocated a ticket number/s but not entered into the draw.

Why is my order ‘Cancelled’? Your order will be cancelled if the payment failed, or if you did not complete payment. All orders have a 10 minute stock reserve, so if a successful payment is not made within 10 minutes then the order will be automatically cancelled.

How do you do the draw? Our draws are broadcast live on our Facebook Page so make sure you follow our page and tune in for the specified draw dates/ times.

How is the winner chosen? We use a Random Number Generator to choose the winning number! This provides a fair, completely random method of choosing the winner. If there are unsold ticket numbers and one of these is drawn then another random number will be generated, and repeated if necessary, until a winner is chosen.

Will I still be entered if I don’t watch the live draw? Absolutely! There is no requirement to watch the live draw and these are always published on our Facebook Page as well for future viewing! Following a live draw the main prize winners are always called to give them the good news, unless they were watching the draw in which case they already know! Occasionally we can’t get through so a follow up email is always sent to the winner as well. The winners list is published on our Facebook Page, and also sent out via our newsletters, so be sure to follow our page and sign up to the newsletter to stay up to date with the latest information!
